Also, particularly in my field, I think that I’m quite … Well, I don’t have many competitors. I think I was lucky to get most of the work done that I’ve done so far before things got difficult. I think that’s probably a big part of it. ![]() How have you come through it ok? Is it just that you’ve already got a great body of published work behind you and a great reputation? I think, for anyone who wants to live off photography, it’s gotten tougher than ever before. I really like the aspect that photography is getting more and more democratic and a lot of amateurs are finding their way into photography creating work that was formerly done by professionals only but it does make the photo-politics a little more interesting and challenging. It was quiet over the winter, but at the moment it seems that suddenly everybody wants to get work done and I’m as busy as never before. I’m not sure if you’re aware of what’s happening in the photography world, but it’s been very difficult for some photographers. ![]() There’s a lot of interesting things to be done.
